General information
          1. I-1B screw pump is a single-screw transportation pump. It uses the impelling action arising from the rotation of spiral flute to effect the transportation of liquids or thick pastes. Thanks to its applicability to handle thick pastes, this pump is especially widely used in the fields of chemicals, breweries, papermaking, canneries, medicines and wineries etc.
          2. I-1B screw pumps are classified to (a)type, (b)type and (F)type.
         (1) I-1B(a) is applicable for ordinary paste mediums or neutral edible pastes, with internal components made of carbon steel, and rubber sheaths being common edible rubber.
         (2) I-1B(b) is applicable for acid and alkali dopes, with resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, internal components made of stainless steel, and rubber sheaths being acid and alkali resistant rubber.
         (3) I-1B(F) is applicable for high-intensity acid and alkali dopes,with internal components and shell all made of stainless steel.
